The location was fantastic, just a short 4-6 minute walk from the charming old town. It was also conveniently located only 5 minutes from the King Street Shops bus stop. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Our new-fashioned king room truly was a highlight of our stay.

our room was brand-new, spotless with a mini fridge bar, a personal safe, and central heating, had a good experience. it had a super bathroom and a great bed. location: the hotel was very close to calais & norway and the railway station.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of a charming town, right next to the picturesque city park. You can easily explore the town on foot and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
The hotel lacks good restaurant facilities in the evening.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and it is perfectly located for both business and leisure guests. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options.
The only thing I missed was having a plug near the bed or the table to charge my mobile comfortably. However, there was a free plug available in the corner of the room.

Centrally located in Neumünster. Very nice rooms and great breakfast.
Hard to use the hotel's wireless internet, that you have to pay extra for.

The hotel is fabulous - it offers great value for money and the prices are reasonable. The attention to detail is commendable, from the clean and nice rooms to the basic amenities provided. The location is perfect, as it is situated in a quiet park within a short walking distance to the Main Street. It is very quiet, but at the same time within walking distance of the center of town that offers a number of shopping and dining options. The service provided by the staff is excellent.
All was ok, nothing to complain about.

lots of spiders in the room. After having used the coffee and tea- facilities, a small piece pf paper appeared: 1Euro pr cup!!!!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Neumünster. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff at the reception and breakfast room were incredibly kind and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely nice receptionist, both on arrival and departure. Very pleasant.Rarely been received and waved goodbye with such a nice smile, even in top hotels. Big compliment to the staff. Breakfast was correct. My room very was quiet apart from church bells, which are rather loud when window open.
My reservation with booking had not been transmitted to the hotel. I got a room nonetheless, but luckily hotel wasn't full. Hotel took of the parking fee, which is a joke because the car park is being left open at night anyway, so one may as well park on the street for free. Internet is not free, at this price for a not very classy hotel room, this is not acceptable and should be included. Not sure if they finished renovation, if they did, they forgot the lift, which is almost a museum piece :)
